I recently received a letter (see below) from the attendee at one of my First Aid courses. You will understand why I am obviously very pleased and humbled to receive this. The content of the letter gives a powerful image of the thoughts of the writer and her ultimate use of the contents of the course, along with a very positive outcome in both instances.
The course took two to three hours in her own home, and with an outcome as described, the time spent and the knowledge gained proved to be invaluable. Mel has every right to feel proud of what she did. Without the understanding and solution to the problem the outcome could have been so different. I am proud of what she did.
I teach a range of First Aid skills so that others who find themselves in a similar position, can help themselves and help others too. Remember, in many situations where First Aid is needed, time is of the essence.
Think of First Aid knowledge as house or car insurance. It’s peace of mind knowing you have it, but hope you don’t need to use it. At the end of the day it’s there when required but you never know when. You too could also make that difference.

As a new mum, baby first aid was top of my list of things to do and I can honestly say that the “Save a Baby’s/Childs Life” course has been invaluable to me.
Alan was amazing, he made me feel at ease and I came away feeling confident. I actually had a fun time learning.
Since completing “Save a Baby’s/Child’s Life” I have actually had to use the skills and knowledge I learnt a few times. Once with my friend’s baby and once on my own daughter who was choking on some scotch egg. Using what Alan taught me, I was able to save my baby, and honestly, without doing the “Save a Baby’s/Child’s Life” course who knows what might have happened.
I cannot recommend Life Saving Solutions enough. It has been a life saver for me and I owe Alan everything. I cannot thank him enough. Mel
