Those who stand and watch or even ignore. Probably not realising that they could require a doer at some time and be very grateful for it.
Wishers
Those who are nearly there and wish that they knew what they could do to help but never quite got round to learning but knew how important knowledge can be.
Doers
Usually selfless people who know understand and accept that at any time they are equipped with knowledge that could, if required, be of use to ANYONE at any time for whatever reason.
There is no reason not to be a doer, it could be someone you know, someone out shopping, someone on holiday, someone you go walking with, the list goes on.
The first minutes are probably the most important for a casualty - be the one that can make that difference.
This knowledge could be getting more important as there is talk to introduce a four hour First Aid course to be a pre-requisites of a driving licence. If this does happen, (which must be a good thing), all new drivers will be qualified so they will be known to have first aid knowledge. A lot of the time they will be first on site for a motoring accident (RTC). Just think of the difference that could make.
That's good, but what about all you other drivers? Come on, be a DOER. Think about yourself and others, we can put you on the right “road” just ask.
You could need that help tomorrow!
